Minimum Order Policy:
English Cards: There is no minimum order quantity to the amount of cards you can order. If you want just one from a range you'll get it (if in stock). All cards are individually cellowrapped to protect them, so you should receive them in perfect condition.
Spanish cards: Only available in packs sizes.
Soft toys and Gifts: There is no minimum order required.
Payment Options:
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e.mail detailing your order and the total amount due (including IVA and Delivery costs).
We offer the facility to pay by cash or bank transfer
Cash: If you wish to make a cash purchase, please contact us on 962390166
Bank Transfer: For bank details please phone 962390166. Once payment is received into our bank account we will release your order.
Delivery Terms:
Make a Wish Cards will generally use the services of a reliable courier company to deliver your order. However, other methods of delivery can be agreed by prior arrangement with our sales representative. Please contact us for details.
Make a Wish Cards will aim to process orders received on any working day (Mon-Fri) within the following 2 working days. Upon confirmation of your order a pro-forma invoice will be sent and when payment is received we will then dispatch your order.
For all orders of greetings cards*and gifts over the value of 150€ excluding IVA, postage and packing to retail businesses in Mainland Spain will be paid by Make a Wish Cards.
*excludes ALL boxed Christmas cards
For all orders under the value of 150€ excluding IVA, postage and packing will be paid by you.
Returns Policy:
If you wish to return items because of an error on our part, they may be returned within three days of receipt provided they are in fully resaleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. We will pay your costs of returning them to us. You can opt for us to replace these items or to be given a credit note which you can use to reduce the cost of your next order.
If we find that any articles have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to replace these items or issue a credit note.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of sending us your order, either by Fax 0034 962390166 or by clicking here to send Make a Wish Cards an email. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe means it will not be possible to cancel your order. No cancellation orders will be accepted by telephone.
