Is There A Delivery Charge?

There is a minimum delivery charge of 0.60cts per card which are to be delivered within the European Union.

If you require delivery within Spain - Please telephone 96 239 0166 for reduced postage rates

If you require delivery for outside the EU, Please email for postage rates.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?

After receiving your order we aim to dispatch the next working day. Delivery times will vary with regards to postal destination. Approximate delivery times would be:

National Postage (within Spain) 1-3 working days

European Postage (rest of European Countries) 2-4 working days

How Will My Order Arrive?

Greeting Cards will arrive in a 'bubble' envelope. Gifts and Soft toys will be packaged securely in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect the contents in transit.

Out Of Stock Items

When browsing our range of greeting cards you may find an item that is currently out of stock. We endeavour to replenish stock levels as soon as we can. If you erroneously order an out of stock item we will send a substitute card from the same range.

We will be regularly updating our website with new card ranges to offer you the widest choices at the best prices. If there is a particular item you are interested in which is not displayed on our website, please contact us 0034 962390166 and we will try to source it for you.

Returning An Item

At Make a Wish Cards, we try to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If for some reason your goods arrive damaged, please contact us quoting your order number and return them by post including the original packaging within 15 days. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will then either refund via your original payment method or replace the item(s). We would advise you to retain a proof of postage for any returns.

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part, please notify us and then return the goods to us within 15 days. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will offer a replacement or within 15 days send you a full refund including standard postage costs to your paypal account.

How Do I Checkout?

Looking through the range of greeting cards available you'll see below the stock levels "add to cart" buttons. By clicking these buttons you can add your selected products into your Paypal shopping cart. Make sure you have placed all the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. On your cart there is a "Checkout" button which you can click on to complete the ordering process.

Which Payment Methods Can I Use?

We accept payment by credit or debit cards. All payments are processed by paypal. During the checkout process you will be required to provide card details. When you are on the paypal secure server you will notice in your address bar that the paypal site begins with https which signifies that you are on a secure server.

When Will I Be Charged For My Order?

Once you confirm your order via paypal the outstanding amount is automatically processed and a debit is made from your account.

How Do I Know That You Have Received My Order?

Once you have entered your payment details at PayPal, your order has been placed and you will be returned to our website. You will automatically receive an email from us confirming the details of your order. This email includes your unique Order Reference Number. You will also receive an email from PayPal as confirmation of your payment.
